F%$# that, just go to youtube and type in Flash pro for free. i dont know if thats legal but i mean its on youtube so...

you can download a free trial version of adobe cs3 flash pro at the adobe page.
and then you can go to newgrounds -> collections -> flash tutorials and learn how to use it ! yay !
